Multiple bookmarks pointing to the same starting page are consolidated so empty zero-page files are never created.

A private way to split PDF by bookmarks

- Select whether to split at Top-level chapters only (Level 1) or include sub-sections.
- Process locally and download each named chapter PDF.
Vale saber: If the PDF does not contain an embedded outline dictionary, use Split PDF by Text or Split PDF ranges instead.
