PDF workflow builderの概要

複数のPDF操作をつなげて、ワンクリックで実行できます。 Prepare monthly reports, standardise documents before archiving, or apply a consistent set of edits (like compress + watermark) repeatedly.

This tool is a pipeline builder for the existing local operations. It does not support conditional logic or branching workflows. If a step fails, the entire workflow is halted.

PDFolioでのPDF workflow builder

The workflow builder runs in your browser. It loads the PDF once and applies each selected operation in sequence, returning the final document.

If you only need to perform a single operation, using the standalone tool for that task is simpler and faster.

ダウンロードする前に

The order of steps matters. Compressing before adding a watermark keeps the watermark crisp. Encrypting must always be the final step.

結果が準備できたらすぐにダウンロードし、普段お使いのPDFビューアで開いて最終確認を行ってください。その後、データを消去を使うと、このタブから一時的なファイル参照を解放できます。PDFolioはアカウント、クラウドフォルダー、サーバー上の文書履歴を作成しません。

PDF workflow builderをプライベートかつローカルに

PDFolioは選択したファイルをアクティブなブラウザタブ内で処理します。お使いの端末上のWeb Workerがこの処理を実行するため画面の操作性が保たれ、文書のデータがPDF処理サーバー、アップロード待ち行列、アカウントデータベース、広告プラットフォームに送信されることはありません。
