About PDF privacy scanner

Scan a PDF for hidden metadata, embedded scripts, attachments, and visible PII patterns, and export a sanitized copy. Verify that a contract, resume, whistleblower document, or public report does not leak author names, software versions, or overlooked personal identifiers.

Pattern detection checks selectable text. Text embedded inside flat bitmap images is not scanned unless you run OCR PDF first.
