About split PDF pages in half

Slice each selected PDF page vertically or horizontally into two separate pages. Turn scanned book spreads, A3 booklet sheets, or two-up receipts into clean single-page sequences for reading on phones, tablets, or e-readers.

Splitting adjusts the page boundary boxes along the exact midpoint (50%) of the page width or height. Content that crosses the center gutter will appear clipped at the split line.

A private way to split PDF pages in half

Does splitting a PDF page in half reduce text quality?

No. PDFolio duplicates the vector page geometry and adjusts the page boundary boxes without rasterizing text.

Yes. Deselect page 1 in the page preview or enter range 2-last before processing.

Does split PDF pages in half change my original file?
