About multiple pages per sheet PDF

Arrange 2, 4, 6, 9, or 16 PDF pages in a clean grid on each output sheet (N-up imposition). Condense slide decks, reference manuals, or drafts onto fewer sheets for compact printing or side-by-side review.

Interactive annotations and form fields are not preserved when pages are embedded as N-up grid cells.

A private way to multiple pages per sheet PDF

PDFolio handles the selected files in the active browser tab. A Web Worker on your device performs the PDF task so the interface can remain responsive; document bytes are not sent to a PDF processing server, upload queue, account database, or advertising platform.

  1. Add a PDF (such as lecture slides or a long draft).
  2. Choose how many pages per sheet (2, 4, 6, 9, or 16), paper size (A4 or Letter), and orientation.
  3. Optionally enable cell borders, then process and download.

Good to know: Source pages are scaled proportionally inside each grid cell with clean padding and remain crisp vector graphics.

Does N-up layout keep text sharp when zoomed in?

Yes. Pages are embedded as vector PDF objects rather than rasterized images.

Can I draw a border around each miniature page?

Yes. Enable Draw border around each page cell in the options panel.

Does multiple pages per sheet PDF change my original file?

No. PDFolio creates a new file for download. Your source file remains unchanged on your device.
