About organize PDF pages

Set a new sequence for the pages in a PDF before exporting a fresh copy. Use Organize PDF after scanning pages out of order, assembling a packet, or receiving a file whose sections need a clearer sequence.

The sequence you type is authoritative and is preserved exactly, so 3,1,2 produces that order rather than a sorted one. This also means the sequence must list every page you intend to keep: any page you leave out is simply absent from the result, which is useful when you want to reorder and trim in one pass but surprising if you expected omissions to be appended. The drag preview renders only the first 30 pages, so longer documents are best described in the sequence field. Reordering rebuilds the document, so existing bookmarks are not carried over.

Organize changes order and nothing else. If pages need to come out entirely, Delete Pages states that intent more clearly and protects you from accidentally dropping a page by omitting it from a sequence. If the problem is that a page is sideways rather than in the wrong place, Rotate PDF is the fix, and doing the two jobs separately makes the result easier to check.

Before you download

This tool changes the order only. Use Delete pages to remove unwanted material and Rotate PDF to correct sideways scans. Keeping those tasks separate makes the final PDF easier to review.

When the result is ready, download it immediately and open it in your usual PDF viewer to make a final check. You can then use Clear task data to release temporary file references from this browser tab. PDFolio does not create an account, cloud folder, or server-side document history.

A private way to organize PDF pages

PDFolio handles the selected files in the active browser tab. A Web Worker on your device performs the PDF task so the interface can remain responsive; document bytes are not sent to a PDF processing server, upload queue, account database, or advertising platform.
